Permutahedral matchings, zonotopal tilings, and d-partitions

In this talk I will present higher dimensional generalizations of the following three concepts:

  • (a) perfect matchings of a hexagonal tiling,
  • (b) rhombus tilings of a hexagon, and
  • (c) plane partitions.
